Our system automatically checks the resolution of your uploaded images. If an image is too small for the selected print size, you will receive a low-resolution warning to ensure your home decor looks crisp and professional.
Do you offer international shipping for framed prints?
Currently, we ship our custom frames and photo products within the continental United States and Canada. We use specialized packaging to ensure your home decor arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for personalized photo products?
Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
